ANGRAU Counseling Schedule 2011 for B.Sc., B.V.Sc., CABM and Food Science Courses

Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) has announced Counseling Notification for Combined Admission into following Bachelors courses for the academic year 2011-2012. The courses are offered in the disciplines of Agriculture, Food Science, Veterinary Science, CABM and Horticulture. Interested candidates can attend for the counseling at ‘Auditorium, College of Home Science, Saifabad, Near Secretariat, Hyderabad. Selection of the candidates for the following courses will be based on EAMCET 2011 ranks . Following are details of courses, fee and ranks wise counseling schedule:

1. B.V.Sc. and A.H
2. B.Sc.(Agriculture)
3. B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture
4. B.F.Sc.
5. B.Tech.(Food Science)
6. B.Sc.(Commercial Agriculture and Business Management)

Candidates should attend the counseling along with all original certificates. The selected candidates have to pay the fee for respective courses at the counseling center only. Following are details of fee for various courses:

1. B.V.Sc. and A.H: Rs 7740
2. B.Sc.(Agriculture): Rs. 7200
3. B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture: Rs 35560
4. B.F.Sc.: Rs. 7740
5. B.Tech.(Food Science): Rs 22000
6. B.Sc.(Commercial Agriculture and Business Management): Rs 22000

ANGRAU has issued a corrigenda to the earlier counseling notification as there were certain errors in dates and ranks called for counseling. Following is the correct schedule for 10th, 11th and 12th August 2011:

Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) has announced notification for Combined Admission / Counseling into various Bachelors courses for the academic year 2011-2012. The courses are offered in the disciplines of Agriculture, Food Science, Venerinary Science, CABM and Horticulture. Interested candidates can download applications from the university website. Candidates should have studied physical sciences or biological sciences at the Intermediate level. Candidates should have secured at least 50 percent marks in Intermediate. Selection will be based on EAMCET 2011 ranks . Following are details of courses and institutes:

2. B.Sc.(Agriculture)
3. B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture
4. B.F.Sc.
5. B.Tech.(Food Science)
6. B.Sc.(Commercial Agriculture and Business Management)

Eligibility and Admission Procedure: Candidates should have studies Bi.P.C. in Intermediate and should have EAMCET 2011 rank. Application fee is Rs. 600. Fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of ‘Comptroller, ANGRAU’ and payable at Hyderabad. The DD should be enclosed to the application form along with other certificate copies like SSC, Intermediate, EAMCET 2011 hall ticket and rank card, bonafide certificate from 6th to 12th classes etc.

How to apply: Application forms with detailed information brochure can be obtained / downloaded from www.angrau.net . Filled in application forms along with all necessary copes of certificates should reach ‘Registrar, Administrative Office, Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad – 500030. Last date for the receipt of filled in applications is 20th July 2011.
