University of Madras, Institute of Distance Education, Madras is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission into Professional, PG and Degree courses in various disciplines for the academic year 2013.
1. Professional courses : MBA in the specialization of Marketing, Finance, System Management, HRM, HM, IBM, Operation Management, Educational Management, Travel and Truisms Management, Export – Import Management, Logistics and Septum and Chain Management.
2 Post Graduation courses : MA (Tamil, English, Hindi, Urdu, Modern Arabic, Historical Studies, Political Science, Public Science, Economics, Sociology, Christian Studies, Human rights and Duties Education, Vaishnavism and Music), M.Com (Commerce), M.Sc (Mathematics, Geography, Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Medical Sociology, Physics, Chemistry, Botany and zoology).
Duration of course : Two years.
Eligibility : Graduation in relevant discipline.
3. Degree Courses : BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA and BCA.
Period of course : Three years.
Eligibility : Intermediate or equivalent.
4. Certificate and Diploma courses : Library and Information Science, Plant Cell and Tissue Culture, Police Administration, Spoken Tamil, Written Tamil, Computer Applications, E-Commerce and E-Commerce.
Eligibility : Intermediate or equivalent.
Duration of course : 6 months / one year.
