Joint Graduate Entrance Examination – 2015

Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) has issued notification for Joint Graduate Entrance Examination – 2015 to be conducted for admission into Ph.D, Integrated M.Sc – Ph.D and MSc Research / Neuro Science for the academic year 2015-16.

The test for admission into research courses in the disciplines of biology, interdisciplinary life sciences, integrated ph.d and PG courses. Details are given below:

Ph.D: Candidates should have M.Sc / Degree in Basic sciences / Agriculture / Pharmacy / MBBS / BDS etc.

Integrated MSc – Ph.D
M.Sc Research / Neuro Science: Degree in Basic Science

Selection will be through entrance examination. Applications can be submitted online. Last date for the submission of applications is 30 September 2015. Entrance exam will be conducted on 13 December 2015.

TIFR Mumbai – M.Sc, Ph.D and Integrated M.Sc – Ph.D Programmes 2015

Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai has announced notification for admissions into Ph.D, Integrated M.Sc – Ph.D and M.Sc programmes for the academic year 2015-16. The selection will be made through written test to be held on 13th December, 2015.

1. Ph.D and Integrated M.Sc – Ph.D programmes in the discipline of Maths, Physics, Biology and Chemistry.
2. Ph.D Programmes in Computer and Systems Sciences and Science Education.
3. M.Sc programmes in Biology, Wildlife Biology and Conservation.

Interested and eligible candidates should apply at : http://univ.tifr.res.in. Opening date for online registration is 7th September, 2015. Closing date for the submission of online application is 7th October, 2015.
