Sachivalayam Exams Official Keys

The official preliminary key / answers for Grama Sachivalayam / Ward Sachivalayam exams will be released by the Government on the days of exams itself. The key will be posted on the official website at gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in OR wardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in OR vsws.ap.gov.in . Key / answers for Panchayat Secretary Grade 5, Grade 6 (Digital Assistants), Ward Administrative Secretary, Mahila Police and Women Protection Secretary will be released on the above mentioned websites.

Model Papers / Questions / Mock Tests:

The written examinations for Category 2, Category 2B and Category 3 posts will be held from 3rd Septmber to 8th September 2019. Model papers and mock tests for these exams are given below:

Official key and answers along with question papers also will be displayed here after the release by the authorities. Candidates can send their objections to the official key in the prescribed format and final key will be released after evaluation by the subject experts.

English Questions:

Candidates have to follow the English medium questions if they can not understand the questions given in Telugu medium. English version is the final in case of any confusion. It is decided to in the wake of erros in Telugu translation of English questions.

APPSC role – Grama Sachivalayam Exams News:

APPSC has been involved in setting questions papers for Grama Sachivalayam / ward sachivalayam exams. Exam centers were finalised by the authorities. Special buses will be arranged on the exam dates for the convenience of the candidates.

Medium of Question Papers:

Question papers (PART – B) of Panchayat Secretary Digital Assistants, Amenities Secretary, Engineering Assistant, Ward Planning and Regulation Secretary will be in English version only. ANM and Ward Health Assistants papers will be in Telugu only. All the remaining question papers will be given in Telugu and English versions. But candidates have to take English version as final in case of any confusion and errors / mistakes in Telugu version.

Question papers will be in A, B, C and D series, Questions will be same in all the papers but the order will be jumbled.

Hall Tickets:

Hall tickets will be available for all the eligible candidates from 25th August 2019. They can download the same from gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in , wardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in or vsws.ap.gov.in

Exam Key and Results:

Key of all the question papers of Grama Sachivalayam / Ward Sachivalayam exams will be released by the evening on the same day of the exam. Candidates have to send objections within 3 days from the release of key. Results of written exam will be released between 23 – 25 September 2019.
