Periyar Maniammai University – UG, PG and Ph.D Programmes 2015

Periyar Maniammai University, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admissions into Degree, PG and Ph.D programmes for the academic session 2015-16. The selection will be made through written test.

Courses offered : Under Graduation (B.Arch and B.Tech), Post Graduation ( M.Tech and M.Arch), Management Studies and Computer Applications (MBA and MCA) / Integrated and Lateral Entry (M.Sc, M.A and MSW) / Science and Humanities (BCA, B.Com and BA) Education (B.Ed and B.Sc.(Ed.) / M.Phil and Ph.D Programmes.

Eligibility : Passed in Intermediate for Degree courses, Graduation for PG courses and Post Graduation for Ph.D programmes.

Periyar University Research Fellowships 2012

Periyar University, Salem is offering University Research Fellowships – 2012 in various departments. URF are offered by the departments of English, Psychology, Computer Science, Tamil Mathematics, Geology, Food Science, Commerce, Biotechnology, Education, Sociology, Journalism and Mass Communication.

Number of fellowships : 23.
Duration of fellowship : Two years.

Qualifications: Applicants should have Post Graduate degree of Periyar University or any other University in Tamil Nadu with a minimum of 55 percent of marks. SC/ST Candidates require 50 percent marks.

Selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs.4000 per month with a contingency of Rs.5000 per year for URF. Selection will be based on the performance in written test, interview if necessary.
