NIPER – JEE 2016 for MS, Ph.D Pharma Admissions

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) has issued notification for NIPER Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission into post graduate programmes for the academic year 2016-17. Following are details of courses, eligibility and application procedure:

MS (Pharma): The specialisations are medicinal chemistry, natural products, traditional medicine, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology and toxicology, pharmaceutics, biotechnology etc.

Other Courses: M.Pharmacy, M.Tech Pharma, MBA Pharma.
Ph.D: The specialisations are medicinal chemistry, natural products, traditional medicine, pharmaceutical analysis, regulatory toxicology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical management. Candidates should have PG in relevant discipline.

Applications can be submitted online. Registrations will start from 25th April 2016. Last date for the submission of online applications is 13 May 2016. The JEE will be held on 12 June 2016.

NIPER – PG and Ph.D Programmes 2015

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is inviting online applications for admissions into PG and Ph.D programmes for the academic session 2015-16. Campuses at Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Rai Barelli and S.A.S. Nagar.

1. PG programmes : MS (Pharm), M.Pharm, M.Tech (Pharm) and MBA (Pharm).
Eligibility : Graduation in Life Science / B.Pharmacy.
Duration of programme : 2 years.

2. Ph.D programmes are offered in the subject of Medicinal Chemistry, Natural Production, Pharm-Informatics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Analysis.
Eligibility : B.Pharmacy / M.S / M.Pharm.
Duration of programme : 3 to 5 years.

Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://www.niper.ac.in. Opening and closing date for online registration is 6th April and 1st May, 2015 respectively. The selection will be made through entrance test to be held on 7th June, 2015.
