NEET – PG 2018 Online Applications and Eligibility Requirement

National Board of Examinations (NBE) has announced NEET – PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – PG 2018) notification for admission into MD / MS / Post Graduate Diploma courses for the academic session 2018-19. NEET – PG is a single entrance examination for various MD / MS and PG Diploma Courses.

NBE will be conducting NEET – PG as a computer based test on 7th January 2018 in a single session across the country. The exam will be conducted on all India basis.

Eligibility Requirement:

Candidates need MBBS / provisional MBBS pass certificate from a recognised medical college / institute. Candidates should have completed one year internship or likely to be completed the same on or before 31st March 2018.

Online Applications:

Interested candidates may apply online only through www.nbe.edu.in from 31st October 2017 to 27th November 2017. Candidates can choose the exam center on first come first serve basis through online system.

General / OBC candidates: Rs. 3750
SC / ST / PWD (PH) candidates: Rs. 2750

NEET – PG and NEET – MDS Exams in November, December 2016

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has finalised the dates of NEET – PG 2016 examination for admission into medical PG / PG Diploma programmes for the academic year 2017-18.

The NEET – PG will be held between 5 – 13 December 2016 in 41 cities and 86 exam centers across the country. Entrance exam for MDS will be held between 30 November – 3 December 2016.

NEET – PG will be considered to fill 50 percent seats in all medical PG seats in MD, MS, PG Diploma courses in all the states in India, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir and union territories.

NEET – PG, NEET – MDS websites will be available soon for the candidates from 24th September 2016. Candidates can register online for these exam from 26th September to 31st October 2016.

The premier medical institutions such as AIIMS, PGIMER, Chandigarh, JIPMER, NIMHANS, Sri Chitra Institute do not come under the purview of NEET examinations and they conduct their own admission process.
