The National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) issued admission notification 2012-14 for its prestigious Post Graduate Programme in Banking and Finance (PGPBF). The NIBM is an autonomous institute established by RBI and known for quality in research, training and consultancy in the field of Banking and Finance in India. Following are details of eligibility, selection and application procedure:
Post Graduate Programme in Banking and Finance (PGPBF) – Eligibility and Qualifications: Applicants should have a Bachelors degree with at least 50 percent marks. Those appearing for the final year exams or waiting for the results of the final year exams also can apply.
Admission and selection procedure: NIBM will select the candidates based on the performance in Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs. Those candidates short listed on the basis of CAT 2011 scores will be called for Group Discussion and Interview for final selection. This process will be conducted during March 2012.
