Biotechnology Eligibility Test 2017 for DBT – JRF

Department of Biotechnology of Ministry of Science and Technology has issued DBT – Junior Research Fellowship (DBT – JRF) in Biotechnology – 2017 for the award of JRF in the discipline of Biotechnology. The selection will be through Biotechnology Eligibility Test – 2017.

Qualifications: Candidates need M.Sc / M.Tech / M.V.Sc Biotechnology with specialisation in Agriculture / Animal / Veterinary / Medical / Marine / Industrial / Pharmaceutical / Food / Biotechnology / Biochemical Engineering / Bioscience etc OR BE / B.Tech in Biotechnology.

Age should be below 28 years as on 10th February 2017. Relaxations are applicable as per the rules. Applications can be submitted in the prescribed format through www.bcil.nic.in .

Important Dates:

1) Online registrations Start: 4 January 2017
2) Online Registrations Close: 10 February 2017
3) BET 2017: 19 March 2017
4) Declaration of BET result: 30 April 2017

CSIR – NET December 2015 for JRF and Lectureship

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) National Eligibility Test December 2015 for admissions into Ph.D progarmmes. CSIR-UGC NET Exam for Science stream is conducted by CSIR twice a year in June and December.

Test : CSIR – NET December, 2015.
Junior Research Fellowship / Lectureship – Chemical Science, Earth, Atmosphere, Ocean and Planetary Science, Life Science, Mathematical Science, Physical Science and Engineering Science.
Eligibility : Applicants should have Masters Degree / BE / B.Tech / Integrated PG / MBBS / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
Age : Not more than 28 years for JRF and no age limit for Lectureship.

CSIR-NET Model Questions

Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://www.csirhrdg.res.in. The hard copy of application from along with relevant documents should reach the Deputy Secretary, Examination Unit, HRDG, CSIR Complex, Opp: Institute of Hotel Management, Library Avenue, Pusa, New Delhi – 110 012.

Opening date for online registration is 3rd August, 2015. Closing date for the submission of online application is 24th August, 2015. Last date for the receipt of hard copy of application form is 3rd September, 2015. Date of CSIR – NET is 20th December, 2015.
