Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admission into Paramedical courses for the years 2014. JIPMER is an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

1. Master of Public Health – Qualification : MBBS / B.V.Sc / BDS Dental Degree.
2. M.Sc Medical Physics – Qualification : Degree in Physics / Maths and Chemistry / Physics / Maths / Chemistry.

3. Post Basic Diploma in Nursing (Critical Care, Cardio-Thoracic, Operation Room, Oncology and Neonatal Nursing) – Qualification : Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery / B.Sc Nursing.

Candidates are required to apply online through website : www.jipmer.edu.in. Closing date for submission of online application is 9th December, 2013. The selection will be made through entrance test to be held on 22nd December, 2013.

B.Sc. Allied Medical Sciences: Specialisations available are Medical Laboratory Technology, Dialysis Technology, Neuro Technology, Cardiac Laboratory Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Perfusion Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, and Radiotherapy Technology.

Applicants should have passed in Higher / Senior Secondary Examination or 10+2 Higher / Senior Secondary Examinations. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany and Zoology.
