About notification: Applications are invited online by Home Department of Government of AP for recruitment to the post of Mahila Police And Women and Child Welfare Assistant / Ward Women and Weaker Sections Protection Secretary. Written Exam Date:
The Written Examination for the above posts is likely to be held on 1st September 2019. There would be objective type questions which are to be answered on offline mode using OMR sheet.
Probation and Appointment Details:
The candidates on selection and appointment to the above posts will be paid Rs. 15,000/- PM as consolidated pay for a period of 2 years. They will be given regular scale of pay after satisfactory completion of 2 years probation.
Age Limit:
No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if she is less than 18 years of age and if she is more than 42 years of age as on 01 July 2019.

Exam Scheme:
Part- A : General Studies and mental ability – 75 markls
Part – B : Indian History, Polity, Economy, Geography etc., with special reference to Andhra Pradesh – 75 marks
Negative Marking:
For each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded and each wrong answer will carry 0.25 negative mark.
