2) Hall Ticket
3) Date of Birth Certificate OR SSC / 10th Class Pass Certificate
4) Two latest passport size photographs
5) All original certificates related to the educational qualifications mentioned for the posts concerned.
6) Study Certificates from 4th Class to 10th Class
7) Aadhaar Card
8) Disability certificate for PWD candidates.
9) Medical certificate for blind candidates
10) Sports merit certificate for sportspersons
11) Certificate by Unit Officer of Ex-Servicement category candidates
12) Creme layer certirficate for BC candidates
13) Nativity / Residence Certificate
14) Skill Certificate if required
15) Originals and 2 sets of copies of all the certificates.
