Following is the step by step procedure to make corrections OTPR Profile:

1) Log on to http://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in/ OR http://wardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in/
2) See ‘Candidate Services’ Section on the home page
3) Click on ‘Edit OTPR Details’
4) Now enter your Login ID (One Time Profile Registration ID) and Date of Birth.
5) Press ‘Get Details’ and now your profile details will be displayed.
6) Now you can make corrections to OTPR profile and click ‘Submit’. With that your edited details will be saved.
