IIT JAM Chemistry Previous Question Papers Download

There will be so much competition for Chemistry paper in IIT JAM examination as the career prospects are bright comparing to other subjects. M.Sc. Chemistry, Joint M.Sc – Ph.D and Dual Degree in Chemistry are offered by almost all the IITs in country. Following is the previous year question paper of Chemistry given in IIT JAM 2012. The question paper is useful for the practice and to get an understanding of the nature of questions.

The IIT JAM Chemistry question paper consists of 44 objective multiple choice questions. There will be negative marking for the wrong answer. Following are some model questions. You can download complete question paper from the link given at the end of these sample questions:

IIT JAM Chemistry Question Paper 2012

CSIR-UGC NET December 2012 Notification and Online Application

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR – HRDG) and University Grants Commission (UGC) are jointly conducting National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). The examination will be held on 23rd December 2012 (Sunday) in Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences and Engineering Sciences.

The application form and information bulletin can be obtained from the designated branches of Indian Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) from 21st August 2012 to 18th September 2012. You can also apply online between these dates through www.csirhrdg.res.in . The detailed notification will be published in Employment News dated 18-24 August 2012.

The CSIR – UGC NET consists of three papers. Questions in all the papers will be in objective multiple choice type only. Paper 1 deals with research and general aptitude and Paper 2 and Paper 3 are related to the Post Graduation subject studied by the candidate. The CSIR has also announced that the results of CSIR – UGC NET held on June 17th, 2012 will be released shortly. Candidates can access the results on www.csirhrdg.res.in .
