AP – DSC Results 2012 for SGT and SA Teachers

September 11: District Selection Committee (DSC) results are likely to be released by the end of September 2012. The DSC is aimed at recruiting candidates for teachers posts in Andhra Pradesh. The results can be accessed from apdsc.cgg.gov.in . The process for DSC 2012 results will be initiated from this month end. The Government may release the results of Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT) in the first phase and will announced School Assistants results later.

The High Court judgement is in pending over the recruitment process of School Assistants (SA). The SGT results may be released on 28th September 2012. The Department of School Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh (DSEAP) is planning to release the DSC results 2012 without giving any scope to legal disputes.

The Government has conducted DSC 2012 examinations in the last week of August 2012. The Andhra Pradesh High Court has allowed Degree qualified D.Ed candidates to compete for School Assistants Posts along with B.Ed candidates. The final judgement has not been delivered yet.

Marrs Spelling Bee Competition – Model Papers for Oral and Written Rounds

Marrs International Spelling Bee Contest for categories 1 to 6 will be held on 26th August 2012. The competition for Category 1 will consists of Inter School Oral and State Level Written rounds. Timings of the contest on 26th August 2012:

1) Category IV and VI – 8.30 A.M
2) Category I and III – 11.30 A.M
3) Category II and V – 2..00 P.M

The competition for Inter School Oral and State Level Written Round consists of following Sections:

1) Inter School Oral Test: Spell it and Pronunciation (Symbol to Word)
2) State Level Written Exam: Word Application, Complete the Sentence, Identify the correct spelling, picture cross word and Dictation.
