AP – MBBS and BDS Second Phase Counseling 2012-13

NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada has announced MBBS and BDS Second Counseling notification for the academic year 2012-13. The seats remain vacant after 1st counseling will be filled through 2nd counseling. The counseling for special categories will be held on 23rd August 2012. The Second counseling will be conducted from 24th August to 27th August 2012.

Candidates should have minimum 80 marks (OC category) in EAMCET 2012. OC PH category candidates and BC / SC / ST candidates need 72 and 64 percent marks respectively. OC candidates must have secured 50 percent marks in Intermediate and OC PH candidates need 45 percent, while BC / SC / ST candidates require 40 percent marks. See counseling schedule below:

1) 24-08-2012: All categories; Rank 1 to 2000
2) 25-08-2012: All Categories; Rank 2001 to 4500
3) 26-08-2012: All categories; Rank 4501 to 10000
4) 27-08-2012: BC / ST / SC candidates: Rans 10001 to 13000; BC /SC / ST candidates for AU and SVU region from 13001 to 15000 ranks; SC /ST candidates of AU and SVU regions from 15001 to last rank of eligible candidates.

EAMCET Medical Counseling 2012 for MBBS and BDS Admissions

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada has released EAMCET 2012 Medical Counseling notification for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2012-13. Medical seats in Government and Private medical and dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh will be filled through the Counseling Schedule as given below. Candidates should have valid EAMCET 2012 rank in Medical and Agriculture stream. Counseling will be held at four centers in the state.

Counseling Centers: Old MBA Building, SV University, Tirupati; JNTUH Kukatpally, Hyderabad; Administrative Building, Dr. NTR University of Health Siences, Vijayawada; Andhra University Campus, Opp. School of Distance Education, Visakhapatnam. Further information on the Medical counseling can be obtained from NTR University website at ntruhs.ap.nic.in . Fee should be paid at the time counseling. Counseling fee is Rs. 500 for OC and BC categories and Rs. 300 for SC and ST students.
