APPSC Recruitment Calendar for 2017 – 2018

APPSC gearing up to issue various recruitment notifications as per the calendar.

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced recruitment calendar for the years 2017 and 2018. The tentative recruitment calendar of APPSC includes notifications such as Group 4 posts, AMVI, Panchayat Secretaries, Engineers etc.

APPSC will conduct screening tests and main examinations for all recruitments. APPSC has mentioned that the recruitment notifications mentioned in the tentative calendar are subject to approvals from departments concerned. Following is the schedule of recruitment notifications of APPSC for 2017-2018.

APPSC Panchayat Secretaries Screening Test, Paper 1 and Paper 2 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

APPSC has announced all the details of Panchayat Secretaries recruitment. The commission is likely to release Panchayat Secretaries recruitment notification very soon in 2016 or early 2017. The examination scheme has been changed and screening test is introduced to shortlist the candidates.

Scheme of Examination:

Screening Test – 150 questions for 150 marks

Main Exam:

Paper 1: General Studies and Mental Ability: 150 questions and 150 marks.
Paper 2: Rural Development and Problems in Rural Areas with special reference to Andhra Pradesh.

Following is the detailed syllabus for screening test, Paper 1 and Paper 2 of Panchayat Secretaries (Grade 4) recruitment in Andhra Pradesh.
