Government of Telangana is likely to fill Panchayat Secretary posts across the state in 2020. About 2000 vacancies are expected in various districts. There are so many vacancies due to non-joining and resignations of candidates from the previous recruitment of Junior Panchayat Secretries.
Junior Panchayat Secretaries:
The new recruitment also will be called as Junior Panchayar Secretaries Recruitment 2020. The previous notification was released in 2018 and recruitment was completed in 2019.
Notifications by District Collectors:
This time notifications will be released by the collectors of the district concerned. The process also will completed at the district level only. In the previous recruitment, 9355 posts were filled. But about 1700 candidates were either resigned or not joined in the jobs.
Panchayat Raj department of Telangana Government has already issued orders to the district collectors to take up JPS recruitment 2020. It is not clear whether the Government increase the salary of JPS or not.
