TNOU Chennai Examinations Schedule for BPP- MCP-BC

Tamil Nadu Open University (TNOU) has announced notification for BPP / MCP – BC Examinations to be held in March 2012. The examinations for non formal students admitted during academic years 2009, 2010, 2011 and calender years 2010 and 2011 will be held from as per the examination schedule displayed on the website www.tnou.ac.in. The examinations for the students admitted till academic year 2009 also will be held on 10th March 2012 (Saturday Afternoon).

Candidates should note that the Hall tickets for the above examinations have already been sent to students residential address. You can also download Hall tickets from the websites www.tnou.ac.in or www.schools9.com. It is informed that the BPP / MCP-BC examination will be held in all the examination centres where the Term End Examinations for January 2012 are held. Candidates can obtain the details of the examination centres also on the above mentioned websites. Candidates should produce the Identity Card / Admit Card issued by the TNOU along with hall ticket to the center coordinator at the time of examination. BSAUEEE 2012 Admissions -B.S.Abdur Rahman University

B.S. Abdur Rahman University, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) has announced admission notification BSAUEEE 2012 for entry into various engineering and architecture programmes. The University shall conduct BSAU Engineering Entrance Examination (BSAUEEE-2012) for the academic year 2012-13 for admission to its prestigious B.Tech. and B.Arch. Degree Programmes. Selection to B.Tech programmes will be based on the marks in BSAUEEE 2012 and marks in the Qualifying examination (Intermediate / 10+2). The University was earlier known as B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Engineering College. The University offer Merit Scholarships for eligible candidates. Following are the B.Tech and B.Arch programmes offered at B.S. Abdur Rahman University for 2012-13:

1) B.Tech: Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Polymer Technology, Civil Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering
2) B.Arch: Architecture: For architecture course, appearance in BSAUEEE is not required.

Eligibility: Applicants should have qualified in 10+2 / Intermediate examinations with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (MPC) with an aggregate of 50 percent marks. For Architecture course, candidates should have studied English and Maths at +2 level securing at least 50 percent marks along with 40 percent score in National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA).
