Eligibility : Passed in Intermediate with Biology, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 50 percent marks.
The application fee is Rs. 600. Duly filled in application form along with relevant documents should reach the concerned address. Last date for the submission of completed application form is 16th May, 2015 without fee and 19th May, 2015 with late fee of Rs. 500.
The selection will be made through entrance test to be held on 23rd May, 2015. Entrance test fee is Rs. 1500.
