SRM University, Tamilnadu has announced notification for SRMEEE 2012 for admission to UG and Post Graduate programmes in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Architecture and various other programmes for the academic year 2012-13. Courses offered are B.Tech, B.E., B.Des. (Interior Design), B.Arch., M.Tech., M.Arch., B.D.S., B.Pharm., M.Pharm., M.C.A., M.B.A., B.Sc., (Nursing), Ph.D. etc. SRM University has campuses at Kattankulanthu, Ramapuram, Trichy, Vadapalani and Modi Nagar (Delhi). Old question papers of SRMEEE are available on the website mentioned below. Following are details of eligibility and application procedure:
Eligibility For Engineering Programmes: For B.Tech, applicants should have passed in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 70 percent aggregate in mathematics, physics and chemistry. For B.Tech in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Bioinformatics, Food Process Engineering, and Genetic Engineering, candidates should have at least 70 percent aggregate in Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Candidates who have attempted Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the SRMEE 2012 are eligible for all the B.Tech. Degree programs.
B. Tech Specialisations: Aerospace, Electrical and Electronics, Bioinformatics, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Automobile, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Electronics and Instrumentation, Food and Process, Electronics and Communication, Information and Telecommunication, Genetic, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, Information Technology, Nanotechnology and Software Engineering.
SRMEEE 2012 (SRM Entrance Examination) for admission to all the programs in the Engineering, Health Sciences, Management, Science and Humanities will be held on 29th January 2012. Interested candidates can apply online through SRM University website www.srmuniv.ac.in . You can also download application for the website and send it along with all the required documents and copies of certificates. Applicantions can also be purches from the designated bank branches of SBI, Karur Vysya Bank, Axis Bank, Indian Bank, City Union Bank etc.

1). Start of Issue of application forms: 27th November 2011
2) Last date for receipt of Applications:
– For Engineering and Technology (B.Tech, B.Des., B.Arch, M.Tech, M.Arch, MCA): 31st July 2012 for UG and 31st August 2012 for PG programmes.
– For all programmes in Management, Science and Humanities and Medicine and Health Sciences: 31st March 2012
