IITB – Monash Research Academy – Ph.D Scholarships 2015

IITB – Monash Research Academy has announced notification for Ph.D scholarships for candidates who will undertake interdisciplinary research in the following ares for the academic session 2015-16.

IITB – Monash Research Academy in partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB) and Monash University, Melbourne (Australia) jointly offering Ph.D Scholarships.

Ph.D Scholarships for the following field : Science, Technology, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Humanities, Design and Mathematics.
Eligibility : Applicants must have Masters Degree / Graduation in Engineering / Science with a valid GATE / GRE / CSIR – NET / JAM score.

Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://www.iitbmonash.org. Closing date for submission of application form is 22nd March, 2015.

SEMCI India – Scholarships for Class X, XI and XII 2015

SEMCI India is conducting conducting Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test (NEST – Junior), 2015 for the students of classes X, XI and XII standards for the year 2015-16. The scholarships are awarded based on merit in an online test score.

The test will comprises of following subjects : Physics and Chemistry, Maths / Biology, English Language and Simple Logic and General Knowledge. Duration of examination is two hours for 200 questions 1 mark for each question. Test will be held on 26th July, 2015.

There are 20 Scholarship in total. Scholarships amount is Rs.25,000 each for the top 20 and Rs.50,000 to Rank No. 1 in the list.

Candidates who are appearing / passing out their class X, XI and XII – 2015 with science stream are eligible to apply. The application fee is Rs. 500 in the form of DD drawn in favour of SEMCI INDIA payable at Mumbai which should be enclosed along with application form.
