SEMCI India – Scholarships for Class X, XI and XII 2015

SEMCI India is conducting conducting Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test (NEST – Junior), 2015 for the students of classes X, XI and XII standards for the year 2015-16. The scholarships are awarded based on merit in an online test score.

The test will comprises of following subjects : Physics and Chemistry, Maths / Biology, English Language and Simple Logic and General Knowledge. Duration of examination is two hours for 200 questions 1 mark for each question. Test will be held on 26th July, 2015.

There are 20 Scholarship in total. Scholarships amount is Rs.25,000 each for the top 20 and Rs.50,000 to Rank No. 1 in the list.

Candidates who are appearing / passing out their class X, XI and XII – 2015 with science stream are eligible to apply. The application fee is Rs. 500 in the form of DD drawn in favour of SEMCI INDIA payable at Mumbai which should be enclosed along with application form.

NEST Scholarships by SEMCI India 2014 – 15

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test (NEST) for the academic year 2014 – 15 by SEMCI India. SEMCI India conducts a NEST on the last Sunday of January every year at various Test Centres in all major cities across India.

The purpose of conducting a series of such periodical tests to prepare for competitive skills, such as CAT, GATE, GRE, TOEFL and various other tests for admissions to higher studies in good institutes as well as for jobs in reputed companies.

NEST – I – Eligibility : 1st and 2nd year Degree – Engineering, MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BDS, Intermediate (Science), BCA and B.Sc (all branches), Diploma in Engineering (only final year).

NEST – II – Eligibility : 3rd and 4th year Degree – Engineering, MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BDS / BCA and B.Sc (only Computer and IT).

Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://nest.net.in. Last date for the submission of application form is 30th September, 2014. Test will be held on 25st January, 2015.
