Sastra University, one of the leading private universities in the country has issued admission notification for the academic year 2015-16. The admission into B.Tech and Integrated M.Tech programmes will be through JEE Mains 2015, an Entrance examination to be conducted across the country.
1) B.Tech: The specialisations available are Aerospace, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Civil, Chemical, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Electronics and Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering. Duration is 4 years.
2) Integrated M.Tech: Duration is five years.
Eligibility: Applicants should have passed in Intermediate / 10+2 with Biology / Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
Selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in JEE Main 2015 scores. Interested candidates can apply online through the University website. Last date for the submission of online applications is 7 June 2015.
