PGECET 2014 notification on 28th February

Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test – PGECET 2014 notification will be released by Osmania University on 28th February 2014.

The examination is aimed at providing admission into M.Tech, M.E, and M.Pharmacy in Engineering and pharmacy colleges in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2014 – 15.

The GATE and GPAT qualified candidates will be given preference while filling seats in these courses. Seats remain vacant after admitting GATE and GPAT candidates will be filled through PGECET 2014 qualified candidates.

Osmania PGECET 2013 Notification, Results and Counseling Details

The AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has issued Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGECET 2013) notification. Admission into M.Tech and M.Pharmacy programmes in University and affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh will be through this examination. Following are details of eligibility, online application procedure and registration fee details:

Eligibility: Applicants should have qualified in B.Tech / B.Pharmacy. They have to apply online through the website at www.appgecet.org after paying the registration fee.

The online application process commences from 4th March 2013. You can apply till 15th April without any late fee and till 6th May with a late fee of Rs.2000 .

The APSCHE will release separate admission notification (PGEC 2013) for GATE and GPAT qualified candidates. Candidates can apply for more than one course but they need pay the fee separately for each programme at the time of application submission.

PGECET 2013 will be conducted from 22nd to 25th May 2013. Results will be announced in June / July and the online counseling will start from August / September 2013.
