IGNOU Admissions into Degree, Diploma and Certificate Programmes 2014

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi has announced notification for admissions into Degree and Diploma courses under Open and Distance Learning (ODL) for the Academic session 2014.

1. Master Degree Programmes : M.A., M.Com., MCA., M.Sc., M.Li.S.
2. Bachelor Degree Programmes : B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., B.Li.S. BSW, BBA.
3. Bachelor Preparatory Programme : Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP).
4. PG Diploma and Diploma Programme
5. Advanced Certificate, PG Certificate and Certificate Programme
6. Appreciation Course

The application fee is Rs. 250 in the form of DD drawn in favour of IGNOU, New Delhi. Last date for the submission of completed application form is 20th June, 2014. For any information see website : http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/studentzone.

Jindal Institute of Power Technology PG and PG Diploma Programmes 2014

Jindal Institute of Thermal Power Technology (JITPT) has announced notification for admissions into PG and PG Diploma programmes for the academic session 2014 – 2015.

1. Post Graduate Programme in Thermal Power Technology (PGPTPT) : 120 seats
Eligibility : BE / B.Tech Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / Electronics / Control and Instrumentation Engineering with minimum first class marks in aggregate.

2. Post Diploma Programme in Thermal Power Technology (PDPTPT) : 3 seats
Eligibility : Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / Electronics / Control and Instrumentation Engineering with minimum first class marks in aggregate.

Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://jindalpower.com. Closing date for submission of application form is 31st May, 2014.
