NUSRL Ranchi PG and Ph.D Admission Notification 2013

National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission into Post Graduation and Ph.D programme for the academic session 2013. Last date for the submission of filled in application form is 1st April, 2013.

1. Master of Laws (LLM) : 10 seats.
Duration of course : One year.

2. Integrated LLM – PhD Program : 10 seats.
Duration of programme : Three years.

Qualification : LLB / BL Degree.

3. Ph.D Program : 14 seats (Economics, Political Science, Sociology and Law).
Duration programme : Two years.
Qualification : LLM / PG in the relevant discipline with minimum 55 percent marks in aggregate.

Selection process : Entrance test, group discussion and interview.
Application fee : Rs. 2500 in the form of DD drawn in favour of The Registrar, NUSRL, Ranchi.

How to apply : Eligible candidates should apply in the prescribed format along with all relevant supporting documents / testimonials and fee DD to the The Registrar, NUSRL, BIT Polytechnic Campus, BIT Mersa, Ranchi, Jharkhand – 835 215. Entrance test will be held on 28th April, 2013. Date of Group discussion and interview is 11th May, 2013.

University of Cincinnati New Courses for Indian Students

The University of Cincinnati (UC) has announced new Post – Graduate programmes for Indian Students. UC is one of the top education and research universities in the USA. The University has announced several new PG programmes for Indian students those interested in pursuing Master’s in the US.

The CU has atarted new programmes PG level in the disciplines of Engineering, Finance and Law. The Indian students can pursue these courses with substantial scholarships. The admission in PG degree at CU is highly competitive as the University highly reputed in the country.

The UC has also started a one year PG degree called Master’s of Engineering (MEng). Working professional also can enroll for this programme along with students.

Most of the MS Engineering students will be eligible to receive an average
scholarship of USD 20,000 per year. There will be strong focus on the academic along with scholarhips. Students, who have secured admission may receive a scholarship of at least 75 per cent assistance and this can be as much as full tuition and a graduate assistantship.
