Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat has issued notification for admission into Ph.D programme for the academic year / session 2016-17. The details of the programme and application procedure are given below:

The Ph.D is offered in the following schools / disciplines: Management, Engineering, Sciences, Social Science and Humanities in the following schools:
1) School of Petroleum Management
2) School of Petroleum Technology
3) School of Technology
4) School of Liberal Studies

Deserving full time Ph.D scholars will get Rs. 25000 per month as fellowship. The prescribed application form and information brochure can be obtained from the website www.pspu.ac.in . Last date for the submission of applications is 7 December 2015.

Applications are invited by the Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar for admissions into Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2014-15.

Ph.D. Program – Eligibility : For research in an area of Engineering / Technology : B.Tech or M.Tech / ME in relevant branch.

Eligibility for research in an area of Sciences : Masters Degree with minimum first class marks.

Eligibility for research in an area of Management : Graduation and MBA / M. Tech / ME / ACA / AICWA / ACS.

Eligibility for research in an area related to Liberal Studies (English Language and Literature, Public Administration and Public Policy, Economics, Psychology, Political Science, and International Relations) : MA with minimum 55 percent marks in aggregate.

Last date for the submission of completed application form is 30th October, 2014.
