Sri padmavathi mahila viswavidyalayam ( womens university ), Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh has released notification for admission into various research programmes for the academic year 2015 – 16.

SPMVV is offering M.phil and Ph.D courses in the following disciplines… business management, applied microbiology, biotechnology, botany, zoology, mass communication and journalism, education, women’s studies, social work etc.

Duration of the M.phil programmes is two years and Ph.D is three years. Selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in written examinations and personal interviews if any.

Application forms can be downloaded from the official website of the university at www.spmvv.ac.in . Last date for the submission of filled in applications is 17 January 2015.

Sri Padmavathi Womens University at Tirupati. also known as Mahila Viswavidyalayam has issued notification for admission into various PG courses for the academic year 2014-15. The University will conduct SPMVV PGCET 2014 for admissions into following courses:

1) M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics / Biochemistry / Physics / General Biotechnology / Food and Nutrition / Applied Microbiology / Microbial Technology / Botany/ Organic Chemistry etc.

M.A. in Veena / Vocal/ Bharata Natyam / Music
M.A. Economics / Women Studies / English / Telugu /Public Relations.
Other courses: B.Ed/ MCJ/ MSW/ M.Ed/ M.Com / M.P.Ed
