National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Bangalore has issued admission notification for PG Diploma in Transmission and Distribution Systems for the academic year 2014-15. Following are details of seats, eligibility and application procedure:

Course: PG Diploma in Transmission and Distribution Systems
Number of seats: 60
Duration of the course: 26 weeks

Eligibility: Applicants should have BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Power Engineering disciplines.

Selection of the candidates will be based on merit in academics. Application forms can be downloaded from the website http://psti.kar.nic.in/pstiweb.asp . Application process starts from 18 August and last date for the application submission is 13 October 2014.

National Power Training Institute, Hydro Power Training Centre, Ropar (Punjab) has issued notification inviting applications for admissions into Post Graduate Diploma Course in Hydro Power Plant Engineering 2014 – 15.

Course: Post Graduate Diploma Course in Hydro Power Plant Engineering
Number of seats: 60
Eligibility: Applicants should have B.Tech. / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit in engineering.
Applicants in the prescribed format with necessary enclosures should be sent to HOI, National Power Training Institute HPTC, Nangal, Distt. Ropar, Panjab.
