September 5: National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Neyveli is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission into Post-Diploma Course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering for the academic year 2012 – 13. There are 77 seats in the following disciplines : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, Instrumentation and Control. The selection will be based on merit in previous examinations (Diploma marks). Duration of the course is one year.
Eligibility : Applicants must have Diploma in any discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electrical and Electronics / Instrumentation and Control with first class marks in aggregate from a recognized Technical Board. Applicants age should be below 27 years.
Filled in application form along with self attested copies of certificates and fee DD for Rs. 700 drawn in favour of NPTI and payable at Neyveli should be sent to Principal Director, National Power Training Institute (SR), Neyveli – 607803.
