Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam Admissions into UG and PG Courses under Distance Education Mode 2013

Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam has announced notification for admission into PG and Degree courses under Distance Education mode for the academic session 2013.

PG courses are offered : MBA, MCA, M.Sc (IT), M.Com, M.A Multimedia, MA Sociology, MA English, M.Sc Mathematics, LLM, PG Diploma in Ecotourism and Certificate course in Syriac Language.

UG courses are offered : B.B.A, B.Com (with Computer Application and Travel & Tourism), Bachelor of Fashion Technology, Bachelor of Tourism Studies, B. Sc Computer Science, BCA, B. Li Sc, BA Animation and Graphic Design.

Candidates are required to apply online through website : www.mgu.ac.in/technozone. Closing date for online registration is 17th August, 2013 (except MBA and MCA). Last date for the submission of application form for entrance test is 14th August, 2013 at centre. Entrance test will be held on 25th August, 2013 for MCA and MBA courses.

MGU Kottayam PG Part Time Registrations 2012-13

Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), School of Distance Education, Kottayam has issued notification for Private Registration cum examination for M.A / M.Com. / M.Sc. Mathematics for the academic session 2012 – 2013.

1. M.A. courses are offered in the discipline of English, Malayalam, Hindi, Arabic, Sanskrit, History, Economics, Politics, Philosophy, Sociology and Islamic History. Eligibility : Applicants should have Bachelors Degree in relevant disciplines.
2, M.Sc. in Mathematics : Applicants must have Graduation with Mathematics / Statistics or B.Tech. or B.Sc. in Computer applications.
3. M.Com.: Applicants should have Graduation (B.Com, BBA, BBM).

Fee should be paid either by way of pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or Friends Janasevanakendra, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Painavu and Pathanamthitta or DD drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and payable at S.B.T. Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch, Kottayam (Code No. 669).

Filled in application form along with all relevant documents and fee DD should be sent to Director, School of Distance Education, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam – 686 560. Last date for the submission of application from is 30th November, 2012. With a fine of Rs.500 on 15th December, 2012. With a Superfine of Rs.1,000 on 31st December, 2012.
