Mody Institute of Science and Technology (For Women) is inviting applications for MBA Programme 2011-12 (MBA- 12th Batch). Duration of the course is 2 years and dual specialisations are offered from Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Systems, Retail, Banking and Finance and Entrepreneurship. MITS offers scholarships worth Rs. 40000 per annum based on the graduation marks. Following are details of eligibility and application procedure:
Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate. Selection of the candidates will be based on the candidate’s score in MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ JMET. Candidates with valid score in any State Level Entrance Examination for MBA or in any other national level testing Agency are also eligible. Candidates can also appear in Institute’s own Management Entrance Test.
Admission Procedure: Short listed candidates will be called for interaction, counseling and interview. After interview, the Institute shall prepare a Merit List based on the entrance score and graduation marks. 40 percent weightage will be given for graduation marks, 30 percent weightage to MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ JMET Score and 30 percent weightage will be given for interview performance.
