All master’s programmes of IIITMK are accredited to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and all the postgraduate diplomas by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Kerala. Admissions to the following programmes will be based on IIITM-K Entrance Test conducted at Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai, Delhi, Trivandrum and followed by interview.

All the students admitted to M.Sc. and M. Phil courses are offered scholarship of Rs 8000/ – p.m. by Govt. of Kerala. SC and ST candidates admitted to M.Sc. IT are offered scholarships by Govt. of India.
