L and T Constructions is offering good scholarship scheme for engineering students. The infrastructure major is offering financial assistance along with education opportunities in IITs and NITs through its Build India Scholarships. The scholarship is applicable for PG studies in Engineering.
Civil and Electrical Disciplines:
Build India Scholarship is offered for Civil and Electrical Engineering students only. The selection will be through an entrance examination. The institutions in the scheme are as follows:
IITs: IIT Delhi and IIT Madras
NITs: NIT Surathkal, NIT Trichy.
Construction Technology and Management:
Selected candidates have to join in M.Tech in Construction Technology and Management. Placement opportunities will be offered to successful candidates.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates those completing BE / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering in 2019 are eligible to apply for these scholarships. They must have scored at least 65 percent marks. Those completed the graduation in 2018 and previous years are not eligible.
Selection Test:
Selection process consists of aptitude test and personal interviews. Aptitude test will be conducted in the areas of subject knowledge and general aptitude. Those succeeded in the written test will be shortlisted for further rounds.
Stipend and Fee:
Selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs.13400 per month for 24 months / 2 years. Course fee also will be paid by L and T company. Employment opportunity will be provided by the company.

Interested candidates have to apply online only through www.lntecc.com . Last date for the submission of online applications is 31st December 2018. Online test will be held on 24 February 2018. Personal interviews are scheduled from March 2019.
