Jawaharlal Nehru University, also popular as JNU has announced notification for admission into various Post Graduate courses, research and honours programmes for the academic year 2015 – 16. The university is located at new Delhi and do not have any other campuses.

The JNU offers post graduate programmes in the disciplines of humanities, social sciences, sciences, physical sciences, mathematical sciences, biological sciences, international relations etc.

Research courses are offered in all the major subjects. Ph.d admissions will be conducted in two phases. There will be a admission session for fellowships candidates during January every year.

Interested candidates can apply online through the website www.jnu.ac.in . Details of fee for various courses, previous question papers, entrance exam schedule, specialisations available in various disciplines are also available on the website.

1) UG Programmes: BA, LLB. Duration is three years. Qualification: Intermediate or it’s equivalent.

2) PG Programmes: MA in International Studies, Languages, Cultural Studies, Arts and Aesthetics, Sanskrit etc.
M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Physical Sciences, Environmental Sciences etc.

3) MCA: Duration is three years.
4) M.Phil and Ph.D in all the above disciplines.
