School of Nursing, Bokaro General Hospital, Bokaro Steel Plant (SAIL), Bokaro Steel City is inviting applications from eligible female candidates for admission into General Nursing and Midwifery course for the academic year 2011-12. The duration of the course is three years and six months. It is a non- stipendiary GNM course. Following are details of eligibility and application procedure.
Course Name: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course 2011-12. Eligibility: Applicants should have completed 10 + 2 science with minimum 55 percent marks for general and OBC; 50 percent marks for ST and SC candidates. Only unmarried female candidates are eligible. Age should be between 17 – 23 years as on 1st October 2011.
The cost of application form is Rs 100/- only. This should be paid in the form of cash or DD drawn in favor of SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant, and payable at Bokaro Steel City. Selection of the candidates will be based on written test and interview. Candidates will be allowed to appear for the written exam only after verification of the certificates.

Last date for obtaining application forms is 28th July 2011. Last date for the receipt of applications is 16th August 2011.
