JEE Advanced Document Verification Schedule 2013

The IITs have announced schedule for document verification for IIT Advanced qualified candidates. Total candidates qualified in JEE Advanced under Common Merit List are 15947. Candidates those scored aggregate marks of 156 (upto CML (Common Merit List) Rank 7436) and above have to fill choices for courses at IITs and ISM, Dhanbad.

Total General Category seats in IITs and ISM Dhanbad are 4841. Candidates who were offered a seat at any IIT / ISM in the first round of course allocation can appear for document verification at their Zonal IITs.

Candidates should bring all the documents as given on page 4 of the Counselling Brochure released by IITs. Following is the schedule for various categories:
1) July 4 and July 5, 2013: OBC and all PWD Category candidates
2) July 6, 2013: SC and ST Category candidates
3) July 7 and July 8, 2013: All other candidates.

JEE Advanced Results 2013 and Rank Cards

The IITs have announced JEE Advanced 2013 Results on 21st June 2013. The results can be accessed through the website at http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in .

JEE Advanced Results 2013

The JEE Advanced examinations were held on 2nd June 2013 across the country and about 1.5 lakhs students appeared for the prestigious examination. From Andhra Pradesh, about 18000 candidates appeared for the examination.

The examination was held at Hyderabad, Warangal, Nellore and Vijayawada. About 8000 candidates appeared from Hyderabad center alone.

There were two papers in the first JEE Advanced examination. Each paper consists of questions from Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. Each paper is for 180 marks. Ravichandra of Hyderabad has secured all India 2nd rank in JEE Advanced 2013 examination.
