Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh has announced notification for admission into its prestigious programme Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). IPE is a premier Business School in India and ranked in to positions by various surveys. The IPE is inviting applications for admission to PGPM for the academic year 2011-13. IPE considers CAT 2011 scores to shortlist the candidates for the further rounds of selection procedure, Group Discussions and Interviews. All the programs offered by IPE, Hyderabad are approved by AICTE and all are full- time residential programs only. IPE also conducts PGDM for for Executives and MBA (PE) for which notifications will be issued separately.
IPE is offering following PGDM programs for 2011-2013:
1. PGDM in Management (Dual Specialisation)
2. PGDM in Banking, Insurance and Financial Services (PGDM-BIF)
3. PGDM in Biotechnology (PGDM-BT)
4. PGDM in Retail and Marketing (PGDM-RM)
5. PGDM in International Business (PGDM-IB)
The AICTE has approved additional intake for IPE. Following are eligibility requirements for above PGDM programs:
For course no.1: Candidates with valid CAT score only eligible to apply
For course no. 2,3,4 and 5: Candidates with valid score in CAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA can apply.
Along with above requirements candidates should have degree in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks. Those candidates appearing for final year exams or waiting for final year results of their Graduation also can apply. Relaxation in marks is applicable for disadvantaged sections and reserved candidates as per the rules of the Government. Candidates will be selected for the PGDM based on the performance in Written Test (if required), Group Discussion and Interview. Past academic record also plays important role in final selection.
