Ph.D. Programmes in IIT Gandhinagar 2015

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar has announced notification for admissions into Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2015.

Ph.D. programmes are offered in the subject of Biological Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Cognitive Science, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, History, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Earth Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Language and Literature, Psychology, Social Epidemiology and Sociology.

Applicants must have MA / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech or its equivalent degree in relevant branch. Candidates will be selected for admissions on the performance in the interview,which is supplemented by a written test if necessary.

IIT Gandhinagar, the latest addition to the league of IITs has issued notification inviting applications to M.Tech. programmes in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Materials Science and Engineering for the academic year 2014-2015.

Disciplines: Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility: Applicants should have minimum of 55 percent marks / 5.5 (on a 10 point scale) in B.E. /B.Tech. or equivalent in appropriate branches. They should have valid GATE score.
