IIIT Bhubaneswar B.Tech Admissions 2016-17

International Institute of Information Technology Bhubaneswar (IIIT-B) has issued notification inviting applications for admission into B.Tech for the academic year 2016-17.

Eligibility: Candidates should have secured at least 60 percent aggregate percentage of marks or 6.32 CGPA in Class 10 Board Examination. They also must secure at least 60 percent aggregate percentage of marks in +2 Science and at least 45 percent or more in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (taken together).

Admission process: Admission to regular B.Tech program will be purely based on the merit list generated from JEE Main scores published by JEE 2016. Total marks obtained in Paper 1 of JEE Main 2016 will be considered.

Online applications can be submitted for regular B.Tech from 10 June 2016. Last date of receiving hard copy of the application is 17 June 2016.

IIT Bhubaneswar – M.Tech and Ph.D Programmes 2015

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhubaneswar is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admissions into M.Tech and Ph.D programmes for the academic session 2015-16. The selection will be made through GATE score.

1. M.Tech programmes – Earth Ocean and Climate Science, Infrastructure, Electrical Science, Mechanical Science, Minerals, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
Duration of programme : 2 years.
Eligibility : BE / B.Tech in relevant branch.

2. Ph.D programmes – Earth Ocean and Climate Science, Infrastructure, Electrical, Mechanical Science, Minerals, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Basic Science, Humanities, Social Science and Management.
Duration of programme : 3 to 4 years.
Eligibility : ME / M.Tech / BE / B.Tech / M.Sc / MA / MBA.
