IISER Mohali Admissions into Ph.D Programmes 2015

The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admissions into Ph.D programmes for the academic year 2015-16.

Ph.D programmes are offered in the area of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Earth and Environmental Science and Humanities and Social Sciences. Duration of programme is 4 years.

Applicants must have Masters Degree / B.Tech / MBBS / M.Tech with a valid GATE / CSIR or UGC-NET / JEST / JGEEBILS (TIFR / NCBS) / NBHM-JRF / GPAT / ICMR-JRF / DBT-JRF / DST-INSPIRE score.

The selection process will consist of written test and interview. Candidates are required to apply online through website : http://iisermohali.ac.in. Closing date for online registration is 20th March, 2015.

IISER Mohali Ph.D Admissions January 2015 Session

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali – Punjab has issued Ph.D admission notification for the academic year 2014-15. The candidates can pursue Ph.D. in the disciplines of biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, earth and environmental science and humanities and social sciences.

The session will begin in January 2015. The candidates are encouraged to research in interdisciplinary areas.

Applicants should have Masters degree in Science / B.Tech / MBBS / M.Tech with excellent academic record. They must have cleared GATE / CSIR or UGC – NET / JEST / NBHM – JRF etc.

Interested candidates can apply online only through the website www.iisermohali.ac.in . The online application process will start from 15 October 2014. See the website for more details.
