Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore has issued notification for admission into BS program for the academic year 2015-16. This is a four year course with integrated approach. Following are details of specializations, qualifications and application procedure:

Disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Science, Mathematics and Physics.
Duration of the course: Four years

Qualifications: Applicants should have secured at least 60 percent marks in Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates should have qualified in KVPY / IIT – JEE. Selection of the candidates will be based on performance in IIT – JEE, KVPY and interviews for shortlisted candidates.

Applications are accepted online only through the website. Last date for the submission of online applications is 30 April 2015. For more details, see www.iisc.ernet.in .

Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission into Research, PG, Ph.D and External Registration programmes for the year 2014-15.

1. Research Programmes – Ph.D and M.SC Engineering.
2. Course programmes – ME, M.Tech, M.Des and M.Mgt.
3. Integrated Ph.D programme.
4. External Registration Programme (ERP).

The application fee is Rs. 600 for all courses except ERP (Rs. 1500). Candidates are required to apply online through website : www.iisc.ernet.in/admissions.

Opening date for online registration is 3rd February, 2014. Closing date for submission of online application for sponsored and ERP courses is 7th March, 2014 and Regular candidates is 21st March, 2014.
