NDTV, India’s most popular news and entertainment television channel group has announced admission notification 2012 for its prestigious post graduate career oriented programme, NDTV Broadcast Training Programme 2012. The duration of the programme is 10 months. There will be two batches in this programme and both the batches will be selected from this notification. Eligibility: Candidates should have Graduation / Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Age should be below 28 years as on 4th July 2012. Selection of the candidates will be based on audio – visual test and personal interview. First batch will start in April 2012 and second batch of the same year will commence from August 2012. Academic and extra-curricular achievements of the candidates will be given due weightage in the selection process. Number of seats in each batch is 40. Fee for the entire programme is Rs 1.90 lakhs along with applicable taxes. There will be formal classroom training in writing, camera work, voice training and editing in the first 4 months of the programme. Later six months will be dedicated for apprenticeship and internship to train the candidates in real time news environment in various branches and departments of NDTV. Those successfully completed the programme will be absorbed and offered job opportunities in NDTV group channels including NDTV 24/7, NDTV Profit, NDTV India, NDTV Hindu, Good Times, and web-based Convergence. MICA – PGDM Communications Admissions 2012-14
