Mangalore University Notification for B.Ed in Distance Mode of Education

Mangalore University (Karnataka) has issued admission notification for B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) course being offered through distance mode of education for the academic year 2017-18. Duration of the programme is two years.

Eligibility Requirements:

Candidates with at least 50 percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and / or in the Masters in Science/ Social Sciences / Commerce / Humanity OR Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 percent marks or any other equivalent qualification may apply.

In-service teachers also can apply. The candidates must have completed TCH/ D.Ed./ D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed., etc. through regular mode.

Selection Procedure:

Selection of the candidates will be done through total marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test to be conducted
by Mangalore University. Total seats in B.Ed programme is 500.

Prescribed application forms can be obtained from University office / study centers. Bharathiar University Distance B.Ed Admissions 2017-19

School of Distance Education, Bharathiar University is inviting applications for admission into B.Ed Programme for the academic year 2017-19. The program is approved by Distance Education Bureau and NCTE Bangalore.

Eligibility:

Candidates should be serving teachers in recognised schools of two years of teaching experience. They need UG or PG in any one of the subjects Tamil, English, History, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Computer Science. Candidates must possess two years diploma in Teacher Education.

Method of selection:

Based on the performance in the entrance examination and Tamilnadu State Government reservations. Fillied in applications forms should be sent to the following address:
