Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have passed in Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (MPC) subjects. Those studied Biology in Intermediate are eligible for MBBS, BDS, B.Sc. Australia – India Council (AIC) has issued notification for the award of Young Media Fellowships for media professionals. AIC fellowships provide career development opportunities for young and energetic journalists from Print and TV media in India and expose them to the media condition in Australia. These fellowships are aimed at gaining richer experience of Australia and understanding the contemporary Australia. Following are other details:

The AIC will award three Fellowships in 2011. Under the Fellowships, AIC will grant a financial sum of AU $7,000 (approximately Rs. 3,15, 000) to cover international airfares, accommodation, domestic travel and other expenses in Australia. Those selected to the fellowships will have to spend three to four weeks in Australia. They will be involved in researching and writing stories for print and television media in India.
