Director, NIT Tiruchirappalli announced notification for inviting online applications for Common Admissions to Full Time M.Tech. programmes (2011-2012) at National Institutes of Technology (NIT) named and located as NIT Agartala, NIT Calicut, MNIT Jaipur, VNIT Nagpur, NIT Rourkela, NITK Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli and NIT Warangal. Interested candidates will have to apply online from May 6, 2011 onwards. Following are the participating institutions under this common admission notification:

7. VNIT Nagpur
8. NIT Rourkela
Applications are invited for admissions to M.Tech. Programmes (2011 – 2012) offered at National Institutes of Technology at Agartala, Calicut, Jaipur, Nagpur, Rourkela, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal for the academic year 2011-2012.
Eligibility Requirements : Applicants should have B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline. Complete details of qualifications, selection procedure and institute specific eligibility requirements will be available on the website www.nitt.edu.

3. Last date for the receipt of printout of the completed online application along with Processing fee: 13-06-2011
4. Period of choice filling through online: 16-06-2011 to 25-06-2011

6. Date of first round of seat allotment: 30-06-2011
7. Reporting period for first round of seat allotment: 01-07-2011 to 05-07-2011

SIR , PLS TELL ME when the ALL UNIVERSITY PG (M.TECH) COUNSELING will start . I have submitted my relevant certificates to the APPGEC before 23-06-2011 . But i didn’t get any notice from the APPGEC . Pls help me , because i am waiting for that response sincerely .

It is difficult to predict as the NIT Hamirpur is a new entrant and has to leave its mark among peers.
I have got 644 score in ECE general category, but didnt get anything in 1st allotment. Does that mean that i will not get any seat in NITs?

No non GATE Candidates cant apply for NITs.. However its too late to discuess dis info now , Coz online application and online choice filling is over..
