IGNOU-PG Diploma in E-Learning Admissions – January 2012 Session

Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi has announced notification for admission into its Online Post Graduate Diploma in E-Learning (PGDEL) to be started from January 2012. The programme will be conducted through Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education (STRIDE) of IGNOU. The main objective of the programme is to develop capabilities in planning, developing, implementing, designing, and evaluating e-learning programmes. This is the latest innovative programme of IGNOU being offered with the assistance of technology enabled learning methods. Following are details of the programme such as eligibility, fee and application procedure:

PG Diploma in E-Learning (PGDEL) : 50 seats; Duration of the programme is one year (maximum 2 years). The programme is more useful for people involved in all levels of education such as teachers, training managers, instructional designers, trainers, and course developers working in schools, universities, colleges and business and industry.

Eligibility requirements: Applicants should have Graduation in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with higher degrees. Programme fee is Rs. 15, 000/- . Fee should be paid at the time of admission. Registration fee of Rs. 100/- shall be applicable at the time of submission of application.
