Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi has announced notification for the award various Merit Scholarship Schemes for the year 2011-2012. The CBSE is inviting applications for the following fellowships for 2011 batch of Class X and Class XII for the award of below mentioned Scholarship Schemes. The CBSE is also announced that the scholars of all the schemes, who have been granted scholarships by the CBSE Board in the previous years may also apply for renewal of their scholarships by 31st December 2011. Following are other details of scholarships and application procedure:
1) CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child for + 2 studies.
2) Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students for 2011.
Eligibility: Applicants should be studying Class X and XII of CBSE for the award of these scholarships. The CBSE is an autonomous body functioning under the aegis of Ministry of Hyman Resource Development, Govt. of India.
