Central Board of Irrigation and Power (CBIP), New Delhi has issued admission notice for placement oriented courses for the academic year 2014-15. The courses will enhance employability in power sector.
1) PGDC in Thermal Power Plant Engineering
Eligibility: Applicants should have B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Control and Instrumentation / Power Engineering.
2) PDC in Thermal Power Plant Engineering: Candidates should have Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
Those appearing in final year / semester examinations are also eligible to apply.
Interested candidates may apply online through the website www.cbip.org . Last date for the submission of filled in applications is 16 August for PDC and 23 August for PGDC program. For more information, see www.cbip.org .
